Touch of Dance is founded and taught by Uta Trogele. The goal of Touch of Dance is to bring joy into everyone’s life and to be an alternative to what society offers us, which too often can be anxiety and alienation especially among today’s young people.
Music is one of the most beautiful gifts God has afforded us, and it is music that brings us together. Participants in a Touch of Dance event can expect safe and moderated interaction with other young people, refreshments, instruction in ballroom dance, and an afternoon or evening filled with dance to contemporary music.
Both male and female experience the beauty of a relationship with one another in a wholesome way and learn to respect each other’s dignity, bodies, and souls. Touch of Dance events are wholesome and teach participants to show respect to others and maintain boundaries. Touch of Dance participants depart with renewed confidence in themselves and their ability to interact with others in preparedness for the “dance of life.”
